Strong Minis


Skill Level: Confident Walkers
Suggested Age: 15months - 2.5yrs


Our Strong Minis are confident on their feet and are ready to explore the world through movement and learn all the things their bodies can do. Each class helps your little mover build early coordination, balance, and strength in a supportive, play-based environment. Through themed games, adventures, songs, and simple challenges, children practice locomotor skills like crawling, climbing, jumping, and rolling, while also being introduced to the basics of object control (like throwing and striking).

At this stage, Strong Minis are also learning to participate in a structured class format, follow simple directions, take turns, and participate alongside others. It’s the perfect first step toward developing physical confidence, social awareness, and a lifelong love of movement. Classes focus on exploration, connection, and building the foundation for confident movers.

Primary Goal: Explore movement through play. Build comfort, curiosity, and a love for activity.
Focus Skills:
Basic locomotion • Stability and balance • Object Interaction • Early spatial awareness

Strong Littles


Skill Level: Confident Runners
Suggested Age: 2.5yrs-4yrs


Our Strong Littles are moving (fast!), and are bursting with energy and imagination! This class channels their enthusiasm into developing key fundamental movement skills like running, jumping, kicking, and catching — all through themed games and obstacle challenges.

As Strong Littles move with more control, they begin learning to follow multi-step instructions, cooperate in pairs and small groups, and navigate space safely and confidently. The focus is on building the physical literacy that sets the stage for every future sport and activity — helping kids feel capable, coordinated, and strong from the inside out.

Primary Goal: Build confidence and control in key movement skills. Develop a love for movement.

Strong Bigs


Skill Level: Confident Hoppers
Suggested Age: 4-6yrs

Our Strong Bigs have learned the foundational skills and are ready to take their movement skills to the next level. As kids grow, so do the challenges. Each class challenges kids to combine and refine skills like hopping, skipping, galloping, balancing, throwing, and striking through exciting games and obstacle courses.

Strong Bigs develop strength, coordination, and endurance while also practicing teamwork, cooperation, and good sportsmanship. They begin to understand how effort leads to progress — building both physical strength and resilience at the same time.

Primary Goal: Refine movement skills and develop sport readiness. Deepen the love for movement.

Strong Families


Skill Level: All skill levels welcome.
Suggested Age: Families with kids 1-6yrs

Strong Families brings everyone together for active family fun! A playful fitness experience for kids and caregivers to move together. Perfect for siblings of different ages, this class blends activities from across the levels, with modifications to suit every stage of development.

Families work as a team through active games and group challenges that build physical strength and develop a broad range of movement skills. Designed to inspire movement as a family habit and create family memories. Parents and caregivers join in — supporting little ones, modeling confidence, and sharing in the fun. Every class celebrates connection, cooperation, and the simple joy of moving together.
